Well it's been a very hot day here. Up to 33 celsius in town this afternoon, and not a cloud in sight. It is still very warm this evening too.

Despite Paul's hangover and tiredness he braved the swimming pool with Liam and I today, and the Cheetham family,and we all had a lovely time in the cool indoor pool with loads of slides. Liam braved yet a further bigger slide on his own and loved it!

Stephen got round today and had a reasonable day too, coming 14th. He says it was a hot blue day but there were climbs to 5000 ft.

Paul is now 4th overall :-)

Gerry is here now and is getting familiarised with the where and how of it. The full Irish Team had dinner together this evening which was very nice.

Hannah has been nicknamed "pebbles" after her look a like in the Flinstones (or so I am told...)

It is early nights for everyone here.....lots of tired people around.

Tomorrow is forecast to reach 36 celsius - eeek!
