Another hot and sticky day - I put the ventus through scrutineering early this morning, 4kg too heavy which is "good enough for a country job". More caravan "sorting", one awning-less van replaced with an awninged one - a little dated but top notch aircon ! We should get the other vans sorted in the next day or so or we may come under severe family pressure.

Stephen flew - I didn't bother because it looked much the same as yesterday, soft and low, but it turned out better than that with better lift and higher cloudbase. It looks better tommorrow. Bruno is bearing up well - he guided us around Tesco's this morning - a favourite destination when the weather get's a little hot and steamy - the frozen foods section appears to be the meeting place of choice for various team members who are not flying. He's off to the first team captians meeting this evening - we're awaiting his return so we can go and get some grub in the bar.
